DELIVERY TERMS AND PLACES

An estimate of the maximum delivery time is informed to you on the order closing page, after entering the zip code of the delivery address.

In any case, the period starts to take effect only after the approval of your order. Our carriers route deliveries by region, and each zip code range has a delivery time that is informed at the time of closing your order.

The shipping of your purchases varies according to the location, weight and volume of the products. To calculate the shipping amount to be paid, simply choose the product, click Buy and enter the zip code of the delivery location on the checkout page. If your order has products with free shipping, the calculated shipping amount will only be for products outside the promotion.

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

For buildings, deliveries of large products must be carried out in the customer's apartment as long as they do not pose a risk to the safety of the delivery person and the product. The following are considered risks:

| take the large product through spiral staircases or narrow stairs;

| take the large product via stairs above the 3rd flight of stairs (or equivalent to the 3rd floor), when there is no elevator in the building or the elevator does not support the dimensions of the product.

 

WE DO NOT MAKE DELIVERY TO POSTAL BOXES

It is necessary that there is an authorized person on site to receive the item(s), as it is necessary to check at the time of delivery that the goods are as requested. If (and only if) the product is in perfect condition, sign the Proof of Receipt and the Declaration of Conformity (it is important that both documents are signed). If the product shows any discrepancy, refuse delivery and contact Customer Service immediately. In case of absence, the carrier makes two (2) more delivery attempts and if, even so, it cannot deliver, the goods return to the Distribution Center.
